Change a person's group
- Groups are useful for reporting purposes.
- Group can affect a user's perspective and permissions in the system if the group has a role associated with it. See Roles.
- A user should have at least one group that has a role.

Step 1: Click on People in the side menu
Step 2: Search and select the user you want to assign a group to
Step 3: On the person's profile, under Group
Step 4: In the dialogue search and select the groups you want to assign the person. Note you can assign multiple groups.
Step 5: Click OK
