Step 1: Ensure that the app appears under the Installed tab in Manage Apps and that their are no issues. If there is an issue it will be highlighted in red. If it is not in the installed list try installing the app again.


Step 2: Refresh your browser (possibly a few times). Sometimes the app takes a while to come through as it has to configure the roles for users.
