A learner cannot launch a SCORM Cloud course
Step 1: Find out the name of the SCORM Cloud course causing the problem.
Step 2: Click SCORM Cloud in the side menu to expand it
Step 3: Navigate to manage in the top bar
Step 4: Search for the content and click on the relevant tile.
Step 5: You might see the warning message
This SCORM content is deleted from SCORM Cloud.
Click Change course
Step 6: Search for the course associated with this content.
Can you find the relevant content? If not go to step 9.
Step 7: Click on the relevant content.
Step 8: Test that the content is working by assigning it to a dummy learner and impersonating it.
If the content still doesn't work... continue to step 10.
Step 9: The content has been deleted from SCORM Cloud.
Upload the content again using these instructions: Upload content into SCORM Cloud
Then come back to xapiapps and repeat steps 1-8.
If the content still doesn't work continue to step 10.
Step 10: The wrong App ID and Secret Key has been entered into xapiapps.
Try installing SCORM Cloud again.
Then repeat steps 1-8.
