Step 1: Click on Groups in the side menu

Step 2: Click New Group

Step 3: Name the Group

Click OK

The system will check if there is already a group with this name (this will include archived groups)

You'll then be redirected to the group configuration page.

Step 5: Configure the group. The following are optional configurations:

  • Add a role
  • Add custom fields
  • Add new member pathways
  • Add members to the group
